Hi. I’m Roohi.
Life can feel overwhelming at times. You might be carrying stress, anxiety, or self-doubt, or struggling to navigate a major life transition. You may feel disconnected from yourself or unsure how to move forward. In our work together, I provide a safe, supportive space where you can pause, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what you’re going through. My role is to walk alongside you as you rebuild resilience, reconnect with yourself, and find clarity.
If you’re in a relationship, you may be facing challenges in communication, trust, or emotional closeness. Perhaps you feel stuck in repeated patterns or worry that you and your partner are drifting apart. I help couples explore these struggles in a respectful, nonjudgmental space, supporting you both in rebuilding connection, strengthening trust, and fostering deeper understanding.
For professionals in high-pressure roles, the demands of leadership and constant expectations can leave little room to breathe. Burnout, blurred boundaries, and perfectionism are common struggles. I support professionals in navigating these pressures, setting healthier limits, and finding balance so they can succeed in their careers without sacrificing their well-being.
Organizations, too, carry unique responsibilities when it comes to mental health. Staff who work with clients facing significant barriers often need extra support and tools to feel equipped in their roles. I partner with employers by offering Mental Health First Aid and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) to help teams feel confident, capable, and supported, while building safer and more compassionate workplaces.
My approach blends proven methods with a person-centered, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive perspective, rooted in a holistic biopsychosocial framework. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. For some, our work may involve exploring identity or healing from past experiences; for others, it may focus on practical strategies for managing relationships, stress, or workplace challenges.
Whether you’re an individual seeking clarity, a couple hoping to reconnect, a professional navigating pressures, or an organization supporting staff, my goal is to provide care that is compassionate, collaborative, and empowering. Together, we can uncover strengths, work through challenges, and create meaningful steps toward greater well-being, connection, and fulfillment.
“Mental health matters; in our lives, our relationships, and our workplaces.”
